Black Pearl Oyster "Tacos"

Ingredients

8 oz Black Pearl Oyster Mushrooms
3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Salt
1 Tbsp Lime Juice

🔪 Prep Steps

  1. Mushrooms: Cut Mushrooms into small cubes
  2. Spices: Add all spices into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix: Add everything together into large mixing bowl with melted Coconut Oil.

🍳 Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat up a large pan
  2. Add in everything from your mixing bowl. 
  3. Cook for approximately 7 minutes or until browned evenly.
  4. Add Lime juice towards the end of cooking. 
  5. Serve as "taco meat" on tortillas, tostadas, burritos, there are endless possibilities!
