You’ll often find her at local farmers markets, sharing mushroom wisdom and good vibes. When she’s not working, she enjoys: making art, tending her garden, playing with her ferrets Yoshi and Mojo, or riding her beloved horse Lexi through the desert.
Levi
Levi keeps the farm running smoothly, from harvesting fresh mushrooms, managing operations, fixing equipment and connecting with customers at farmers markets. His calm energy and deep curiosity make him a natural fit for the world of fungi. Outside of work, Levi enjoys exploring holistic healing practices, hiking through nature, and camping under the stars.
Laura
Laura is our behind-the-scenes powerhouse, helping with harvesting, cleaning, inoculation, and substrate prep. Her attention to detail and love for the process shine through in every batch. You’ll also spot her at local farmers markets, chatting with customers and sharing her knowledge. When she’s off the clock, Laura finds joy in her garden and spending time with her cats Mozzy and Sebastian.
