How to Cook King Trumpet Mushrooms


Ingredients

8 oz King Trumpet Mushrooms
Spoonful of Minced Garlic (or 2 cloves minced)
Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
1 tsp Salt (add more to taste)
2 tbsp Butter

šŸ”Ŗ Prep Steps

  1. Mushrooms: Slice lengthwise into half inch pieces and score each side.

šŸ³ Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat pan and add Oil of your choice
  2. Add in Sliced Mushrooms and let them heat up for 1-2 minutes (do not flip yet)
  3. Add in Garlic, Butter, Salt, or more seasoning of your choice.
  4. Let each side brown for about 5-7 minutes. Be sure to press down on the mushrooms to release excess moisture.Ā 

Serve with eggs, toast, tortillas, and more!
