Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Deep Creek Mushrooms, certain products may be purchased either as a one-time order or as a recurring subscription for customer convenience. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms.

One-Time Purchases
Orders placed as a one-time purchase are processed promptly after checkout. Because many of our products are prepared and packaged shortly after orders are received, cancellations may only be requested before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.

Subscription Purchases
When you select a subscription purchase, you authorize Deep Creek Mushrooms LLC to automatically charge your payment method at the delivery interval selected at checkout (for example, monthly or as otherwise specified). Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until it is canceled.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
Customers may cancel or modify their subscription at any time through their customer account portal or by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

If a cancellation request is received after a billing cycle has already been processed, the order associated with that billing cycle will still be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled. The cancellation will apply to all future billing cycles.

Order Processing
Subscription orders are processed automatically based on the billing schedule selected at checkout. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds and Replacements
Refunds are not provided for orders that have already been processed or shipped. However, if a product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for managing their orders and subscriptions, including ensuring shipping addresses and payment details are accurate and up to date prior to order processing.
