HOW TO PREPARE

We recommend rehydrating your mushrooms by boiling or sauteing. 

You can also blend into a fine powder to season meat, vegetables, ramen, soups, eggs, anything you want to add a nice Umami flavor to.

Each bag contains a mixed variety (2oz) of Oyster Mushrooms that may include, Blue Oyster, Snow Oyster, King Trumpet, Pink Oyster, Golden Oyster and Black Pearl Oyster.
